Jen Barclay

Jen Barclay is a Trauma and Orthopaedics trainee in the North West. She has been an active LNC rep since F1, and has successfully represented members through Clinical Excellence Award rounds, banding appeals, pay corrections and other workplace issues. She became more active through the Junior Doctors’ Committee before standing for Council. She was an active council member from 2018-22.

She is the current co-chair of the Junior Doctor’s Conference working with Brocha Goode.

She now sits on the Trade Disputes Preparedness Group (TDPG), and with an emphasis on preparedness seeks to ensure we learn from previous disputes and are ready to respond quickly with excellent communications should the need arise.
