Becky Acres

Becky Acres is an IMT in the East Midlands. She is particularly proud of her regional work (having been a member of the Regional Council and it’s executive since she was a student) and her work on the BMA’s rules committee (the Organisation Committee). She is known for being a details nerd who reads her papers and contributes to debates. Becky is Christian, Neurodivergent and Democratic Socialist and thinks Jesus would have been left-wing too by modern standards. She isn’t a member of a political party but has got out the vote for Labour in a Tory marginal seat previously. She’s proudly European, fiercely anti-Brexit; pro-women (sisters not cisters) and pro-choice.
